Workshop Content: This workshop provides public policy of the territorial Government of Guam on the protection and safeguard of the civil rights of all individuals to seek, have access to, obtain and hold employment without discrimination because of race, national origin, religious creed, color, ancestry, physical disability, mental condition, marital status, sex and/or Age.
Learn about employer best practices: treating all individuals equally, evaluating each individual only on the basis of bona fide occupational qualification, and compliance provisions for ensuring fair employment practices in the workplace.
