Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)

Overview

The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is under the auspices of the Guam Department of Labor and is tasked with enforcing safety and anti-hazard regulations within the government of Guam workplace.

The general duties of the division are:

• to continually review and modify safety standards and rules, and to recommend to the Legislature enactment of same;
• to continually monitor and enforce enacted or temporarily promulgated safety and health standards within the Government of Guam; and
• to continually assess employee safety, training and education programs on an agency basis.
