Labor Clinic for Businesses: Legal Frameworks: Laws Against Harassment/Sexual Harassment

Prevention is the best tool to eliminate harassment in the workplace. Attendees will be provided with information to take the necessary steps to prevent harassment from occurring. Reviews of best practices for providing training, establishing an effective complaint or grievance process and taking immediate and appropriate action when an employee complains, will be discussed.

Please be advised: DPW has shut down the elevators at the GCIC Building and the only way to get to the 3rd floor conference room is by using the staircase. Should you need any accommodations, you may appoint a substitute from your company to attend the training on your behalf.
