Workshop Content: Prevention is the best tool to eliminate harassment in the workplace. Attendees will be provided with information to take the necessary steps to prevent harassment from occurring. Reviews of best practices for providing training, establishing an effective complaint or grievance process and taking immediate and appropriate action when an employee complains, will be discussed.
