Attendees will learn how to navigate through the fair Chances Hiring Process Act (FCHPA which applicants will not be required to disclose any information regarding their criminal history until the time that a conditional offer of employment has been extended. Attendees will also learn and understand best practices, general rules, plus FCHPA tools used to help assist employers when deciding to recruit or fill their staffing needs
