Provides public policy of the territorial Government of Guam on the protection and safeguard the civil rights of all individuals to seek, have access to, obtain and hold employment without discrimination because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, sex and/or age. Learn about employers best practices: on treating all individuals equally, evaluating each individual only on the basis of bona fide occupation qualification, and compliance provisions for ensuring fair employment practices in the workplace.

Please be advised: DPW has shut down the elevators at the GCIC Building and the only way to get to the 3rd floor conference room is by using the staircase. Should you need any accommodations, you may appoint a substitute from your company to attend the training on your behalf.
