Guam’s 2024-2027 Combined Strategic Workforce Development Plan

Guam’s Unified Strategic Workforce Development Plan (State Plan) 2024-2027 represents a combined effort among partners identified in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and provides the framework for the development of public policy, fiscal investment, and operation of the state workforce and education system.
