DESCRIPTION:Public Hearing: Proposed Administrative Rules for the Fair Chances Hiring Process Act\nThe Guam Department of Labor (GDOL) is seeking public input on the proposed administrative rules for the Fair Chances Hiring Process Act (PL 34-22).  The public is invited to attend and provide testimony. \nThe public hearing will be held at the GDOL conference room\, located on the 3rd floor of the GCIC building in Hagåtña. \nCopies of the proposed administrative rules are on file and available for examination at the GDOL Director’s Office located on the 4th floor of the GCIC Building in Hagåtña (Suite 400) and on GDOL’s website at dol.guam.gov \nFor more information\, please contact GDOL’s Fair Employment Practice Office at 300-4544/5 or 475-7037.  Requests for reasonable accommodations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
