Workshop Content: Provides employers with mandates they need to comply with, as business owners/employers, enforced by the Division. W&H Division offers resources intended to provide employers with readily accessible, easy-to-understand information relevant to their responsibilities under the law. Topics discussed include: Minimum Wage, Overtime, Recordkeeping, Wage Payment, Deductions from Wages, Child Labor Law; Bona-fide Exemptions (P.L. 28-164) and Service Contract Act (P.L. 26-111), and critical information to guide employers toward operating their businesses in full compliance with local labor statutes.
