News

In order for an individual to obtain employment on Guam, a Territory of the United States and/or in the United States, a person must be a United States Citizen or a Permanent Resident with the ability to show proof of eligibility for employment.

Immigrant status, or permanent residence in the U.S. (the "green card"), allows an employee to live and work permanently in the U.S. and apply for U.S. citizenship after five years.

Individuals not authorized to work in the United States must be petitioned into the United States by a U.S. employer in order to lawfully work in Guam.

For information purposes, you may want to review the following website for permit to work in the United States and its Territories - www.greencardexperts.org.
